How suppression works for people contacted through Cold.

One request, everywhere
When a prospect opts out — by reply, link, call request, or SMS stop — the suppression applies across every channel and every sequence in that workspace immediately. Not just the channel they answered on.
The database does not forget
Suppression entries are append-only. Re-importing a list, cloning a campaign, or creating a new sequence cannot resurrect a suppressed contact.

If you received outreach sent through Cold and want to be suppressed platform-wide, email hello@coldagencies.online with the address or number that was contacted. We process these directly, no questions asked.
